Brian:

With your blessing in hand, I'm adding owls, and release-team to this
note so that everyone comes up to speed.

The plan is that when we roll out the new Athena Linux install media
required to support the new IBM hardware, that the default would change
from custom install "N" to custom install "Y".

We'll let you know when to, "Take new install diskies and throw the old
ones away."

I expect that announcement will be in a couple weeks. I expect we'll
announce it to f_l, hardserv, cfyi, and release-announce then. (Did I
forget any lists for that announcement?)
