xdsc does not work on the SGI

xdsc does not work on the SGI. This software is on the packs. Will
there be another release for the SGI coming out before classes start
with bug fixes?:
1. When the window appears, one must do a fair amount of hand
tweaking to see all the segments of the xdsc window.
2. When I click on the name of a meeting I expect to see a + appear
to show that I selected that meeting. This does not happen on the
SGI.
3. When I then hit <CR> I expect to go to that meeting. Instead of
this happening, a new line gets inserted into the window.
