Bill: The page summarizing Linux Athena for Laptops is succinct and
honest. The only suggestion I would make is to pull the comments you've
made about what you're doing to try to achieve various desired
capabilities together into a section titled: Linux Athena Laptop Futures
(or something similar). Into that put the comments about switching
ethernet adapters, disconnected operations, automatic partitioning, etc.

If you have time frames that you're reasonably confident in achieving,
then so indicate them, otherwise leave them out or simply say 'second
quarter '02' .

Regards,
	Phil

Is a draft of the up-to-the-minute lore of Linux Athena on laptops.

It says that 3 out of 4 work if you partition manually.

It says that disconnected operation does not work at all.

It gives lore on getting past various rough spots.

The automatic partitioning portion of the Athena is under active

development, and is expected to improve in a few days.

Disconnected operation is also under active development and is expected

to improve in a few weeks.

Please review this page and let's decide where it needs to go from
here:

What changes need to be made?

Should the page or some derivation of it be given to end-users?
