Both Dash and panel menus are still handled by FLs. I the simple thing
would be to just add Mozilla as another choice under
Network/Communcations / World Wide Web in the panel menus and under
Communication / World Wide Web in the dash menus. 
We just need to know what to add and when to add it.

As to the current Netscape icon on the panel -- as far as I know, it's
taken care of elsewhere (we just take care of the menus accessed through
the menu icon on the panel). 

While we're at it, is there still reason to keep the Netscape 3 choice
in the dash menus?
