I've noted a couple of times that Dash would probably need changing, and
I've basically gotten the same response - no one is sure who should
actually do it. I would like to get the Dash changes in at the same time
the panel changes come in, but I'm not sure who to bug. I don't know how
to do it myself, and probably don't have the rights.
