Dustbuster makes sure that processes get a death signal on logout, but
it doesn't try to make sure that they die before tokens are destroyed.
So it's not useful.

Having the pid isn't terribly helpful. The goal is not to clean up lock
files which are already stale; the goal is to clean up lock files which
are *about* to be stale when we unlog and kill the X server in a few
seconds. What we don't know is whether or not a running mozilla process
is part of this login session. I suppose we could simply ignore that
question, and the expense of being overly destructive in some corner
cases.
