linux machines should have parallel interface zip drives, not USB

I think we've covered this ground at release-team and/or Owls, but did a
bad job of communicating it to the people actually installing the
machines.  So, for the record:

All linux machines with zip drives should have zip drives with a parallel
interface only.  No USB zip drives on linux machines.

Machines with old Athena installs *can* be made to work with USB zip
drives, and newer installs will just work to the extent that they ever
would, but mtools mostly still won't work without some root intervention.

Are there currently enough USB zip drives on linux machines that swapping
things around (which is probably the best long-term solution) is going to
be a problem?
