        We need to find out whether IBM is interested in us
        as customers. If they aren't -- as appears to be the
        case -- then 4.1 provides us little value. However,
        if IBM plans to compete, then the 40P is cheap enough
        we really want to buy some.

        I don't anticipate deploying Alpha clients, so only what's
        necessary to run them as servers needs work.
