Statistics on Zero Cost Athena Registration.

I ran some analysis of the data gathered from our Zero Cost Athena logs.
(This log is fed by a web page we tell people to use, and by email sent
by the SIPB Athena installer.)
Probably the most important thing I gathered from this data is that it
would NOT have helped me see that there are apparently 150 Linux Athena
systems in EECS. I'll take that up with my EECS contact tomorrow.
So my guess is that this system is RADICALLY under-reporting the
penetration of Zero Cost Athena, and Linux Athena.
I will discuss with Release Team alternatives for making a more robust
registration system. Until then, here are the stats on the Honor System.

The online Zero-Cost Athena registration was first used 30 September 2001.
As of: 3 January 2002
496 systems had been registered.
107 of the 496 as Student systems needing to pay no fees.
98 of the 496 listed a department.
54 systems listed account numbers to charge. All 54 with account numbers
specified a department.
Of systems registered naming a department, the counts
