Just a heads up: it's time (actually a little past time) for opening
the electronic classrooms to make available extra seats for students
again. During unscheduled hours (as determined by the schedules'
office schedule), Athena Consultants and RCC's will be signing up to
staff some of the electronic classrooms and allow students to work in
them under supervision.

Standard instructions about not leaving the room unattended, locking
up when leaving, and keeping it in good shape (no food and drink,
etc.) have been issued, but if you notice any problems at all, please
let us know at athena-rcc@mit.edu.

The most current sign-up schedules are in:

     /mit/sly/Public/schedules/1-115.txt
     /mit/sly/Public/schedules/14-0637.txt
     /mit/sly/Public/schedules/e53-220.txt

Consultants will zephyr to -c consult when they open or close a room,
so other folks listening, such as the SIPB or consultants in the
student center office, will know to send folks there who are
waiting/looking for seats in the clusters.

Questions or comments to me.

Thanks,

Oliver
