I received the following from Janet Littell which points at the observer
notes from our joint team review on October 18.
Who would like to join me in a sub-team to discuss Zephyr usability more
intensely, and to come up with the cost estimates for work to create a
more usable Zephyr that is more unified across UNIX and Windows?

Hi BIll,
The results of our joint Athena Release/Usability Group review of
Winzephyr and gtk-zwrite are posted in a non-public directory,
http://web.mit.edu/is/dontindex/dev/zephyr-guis1018.html. The report
is a compilation of observer notes from our joint team review on
October 18.
You'll find that there are some gaps in the report. I think they
represent moments when the tester was not having any noteworthy
problems, so no one wrote anything down.
Let us know if you need more detail about any point, and we will
forward your questions to the entire Usability Group.
