I'm beginning to think that the correct name for the color that a window
border gets when active should be "Clashes With Anything".

The Nautilus background in prushed_metal.png seems to succeed
at the difficult challenge of clashing with the panel color! Don't people
understand that you don't put a blue-grey next to a black-grey or red-grey?

The indigo looks a teeny bit "too electric".

So far the least objectionable background I've seen is the bluish speckle
in /mit/beland/aui-pics/default.gif.

Greg: Did we review the Crux-Teal theme?

I dunno what to suggest. I don't like the backgrounds, but I also don't
like my contributing to people spending too much time on them.

I see some merit to Beland's idea, " It's also not a bad idea to have
some visual cue that you're using Athena-Gnome and *not* vanilla Gnome,
since Athena magic makes will not work in other environments."

Although I expect we're going to be minimizing non-portable Athena magic.
