Actually, I think the m37 machiens were moved into the early cluster
beacuse they were getting replaced with machien that wouldn't run the
old relese, but that it was years ago, and they never got removed.
I'm no longer convinced this is a bad thing, and am tempted to just
leave them alone.
revisiting the split of machiens is not unreasonable tho, especially
since it looks like we don't have any public o2s in testing.
