Awhile ago I sent around a locker dependencies list for the release.
I finally got around to updating the old version, dropping it in the
release locker and linking it off the release page. I'd like people
to take a look at the listings of who owns what lockers and give me
some feedback. I removed the names of people who are no longer at
MIT, but just don't know who the new maintainers are. Also, as
always, if you see anything else that look wrong, let me know and I'll
fix it.
