Just for the record, we decided to, for now, get rid of all the
"version X" stuff in the packages file and just use the Athena version
for third-party as well as Athena packages.  (This makes some sense
because we aren't using the pristine upstream source anyway.)  And
then we can use the patch release number as the package release
number.  So, for example, if we rebuilt the zephyr and bind RPMs for
8.3.17, they would be named:

	 athena-zephyr-8.3-17.i386.rpm
	 athena-bind-8.3-17.i386.rpm

Because BIND has version numbers similar to ours, there could be
confusion in that particular case, but this approach is easy to
maintain and makes RPM release numbers independent between Athena
release cycles.
