mr-jones is in the beta cluster. Its contact was listed as vrt, which
I of course knew was likely to be wrong, but I didn't have the new
contact information either (moira still lists Mark Virtue as the
contact).
You should get notifications in advance next year. You might want to
send mail to hesreq about getting mr-jones moved from the beta cluster
to the early cluster.
