Before I send out announcements, I update the machine contact lists to
match the cluster contacts in moira. Then I copy over the maintainers
for the machines which were previously in the list, and try to figure
out who the new machines' maintainers are using the moira machine info
and class consult.
(Hm, more fodder for doc/maintenance.)
If a machine's contact changes, it's unlikely that the contact lists
will notice that unless someone besides me pays attention to that
(which they sometimes do right after I send an announcement, but
rarely before). I'd be all for automating the contact lists using the
moira machine contact field, but right now that field is of somewhat
limited use.
