I wasn't aware that we were planning to upgrade ssh. We have all the
useful changes. (Although I guess it calling itself 1.2.23 is
confusing.)

http://www.isc.org/bind82.html now predicts "March 15" as the release
date for BIND 8.2.

We really should move the "tex" locker pointer. The current tex locker
is pretty ancient.
