This probably needs closer examination, but there seems to be a pretty
full set of system libraries in both /usr/lib and /usr/lib32.
This might be more of an issue for lockers, whose maintainers would
not be keen on providing both formats. (Or the Athena libraries, for
that matter, since I don't think we want to maintain two versions of
/usr/athena/lib).
