On the other hand, perhaps its the wave of the future. Solaris 7
has the same problem, with one set of 64-bit libraries and one set of
32-bit libraries, kept in seperate directories.
In any case, it would be nice if any paradigm we adopted for dealing with
this would extend reasonably to Solaris.
