In November we reset all the monitors to 60 Hz and it fixed the
problem. Yesterday a user complained (and Lou verified) terrible
jittering of all the monitors in the room. Resetting to 60 Hz
fixed the problem once again. So something undid the fix of the
Fall between then and yesterday.
