We didn't have much to talk about.
* A user requested a GL library called GLUT. We will probably
install it in a locker. It sounds like alexp has
volunteered to take care of that.
* OpenGL continues not to work, although it may work on the
Ultra 5 with some newer patches. Greg still has to do one
more test to verify that it doesn't work on the Elite3D
Ultra 10s with newer patches.
* Bob has been working with IRIX 6.5. The default cc output
is n32 format, which is at least consistent with gcc. emacs
is presenting some problems because it specifies cc -32
explicitly. We'll see what newer versions of emacs do.
IRIX 6.5 also provides large /usr/gnu and /usr/freeware
trees, which is sort of interesting.
