If ugust is not a good time to change latex then when is? People are trying
to graduate at the end of January, end of August, end of May - when is a
good time? If you change it Feb 1 - in the middle of the academic year
you screw people who are late - or in the middle of writing it their
senior year. Does this mean unless a release is rerady June 1 for deployment
latex et al can NEVER be replaced?
