Folks,
I think it's best we cancel today's meeting. Sorry for the recent
cancellations and lack of focus. Kip sounds like he's in the same
boat as me - we're both here today but not back to normal health/energy
yet. Moore could not meet with us today due to other commitments.
There is pending homework, and maybe some new homework we could work on
in lieu of meeting. Here's what I'm proposing we work on as homework
instead of meeting today.

- review the Moore list of questions/issues; post comments, answers,
concerns, etc. to the list by Thursday, 12/23 (all)
- identify data center & Athena printing costs (for IS managed printers);
Cecilia & Kip to work with Dave & Brian Murphy on this task; draft report
due Thursday, 12/30
- "finalize" the Athena reqs document and group items into the three
buckets (current, required but not currently available & "wish list");
due from Mike by Thursday, 12/23
- begin combining the individual reqs docs into one document to better
indicate similarities & differences; first draft due from Mary Ellen
Thursday, 12/30
- Mike to touch bases with Schiller re secure network printing issue -
we need a policy statement from Integration; initial discussion with
Jeff due by 12/23;
- Rocklyn should read all available discovery effort documents and
meet with Dave to clarify any questions by 12/23
- Mike reviews the operational interfaces with Rachel Sage by 12/23
