JILL AND THE CAT :
a King Cake party with lots going on

WHEN: Saturday 7:30 PM to ??
WHERE: 155 Cherry St. #2, Central Square, Cambridge

This party is many things. Good people and good food (if you
are early enough!) will be provided. Moreover 3 other intriguing
ingredients come together in the making of this party:
1. Jill, 2. the cat, and 3. the King Cake. Read on!

1. JILL STEIN
Jill Stein, the Green Party candidate for Governor of Massachusetts
(see http://jillwill.org for more information) will be there! She will
be talking about her candidacy, and be available for questions and
conversation. Jill is a wonderful, inspiring person and an amazing
candidate. Massachusetts should be so lucky to have her as a governor.

/---------------------> Clean  Elections <------------------------\
Jill is also a clean elections candidate, which means she
needs 6000 small monetary contributions (between $5 and $100)
from registered Massachusetts voters to qualify.
We hope all registered Massachusetts at the party will give
AT LEAST the $5 (it's a really small price to pay to get big
money out of politics).
\-----------------------------------------------------------------/

2. Isak the Cat
We had lost our cat! Many wonderful people helped us look for her
and/or expressed sympathy and/or cooked dinner for the cat
searchers. Well, we got her back! So this is also a found-cat party
and thanks to all who helped us so much!
Isak will be there in person to say thanks too.

3. the King Cake
This is a pass-it-along King Cake party. That means there will be
cake. It also means that if you get the King that's hidden in the
cake, you get to throw the next party. It has something to do
with Magi and New Orleans and Mardi Gras. Really! It might even
be a good idea. We will also play Pass It Along by Chumbawumba,
to inspire us to greater feats of anti-corporatism and community
building (niark niark) www.corpwatch.org/news/PND.jsp?articleid=1551 .

As usual, please bring your families, friends, significant others,
children, babies, pets, neighbors, snacks, drinks, music, and so on.
On a cautionary note, this is supposed to be a fun family event.
There will be babies!

DIRECTIONS: From Central Square T stop: walk towards MIT
on Mass Ave, bear left on Main St and turn left on Cherry St.
The house is down a small alley to the left at the end of Cherry.

Brought to you by the 155 Cherry St. #2 Collective
Dan, Julia, Saurabh and Isak
