1) What were you trying to do?
printing with mitprint
2) What happened?
no mitprint bw option exists, only mitprint color, and the printer here at Ashdown is only black and white. in other words: cannot print
3) What should have happened?
there should be a mitprint option in the file-print popup
4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
all workstations at Ashdown athena cluster
