What were you trying to do?
	Watch a video with VLC media player (2.0.3)

What's wrong:
	The only output, when vlc is run from a shell, is as follows:
~$ vlc
VLC media player 2.0.3 Twoflower (revision 2.0.2-93-g77aa89e)
[0xc4a108] main libvlc error: No plugins found! Check your VLC installation.


What should have happened:
	VLC should have opened in a new window.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
	After googling for answers, it seems that setting the
        VLC_PLUGIN_PATH environment variable to /usr/lib/vlc/plugins
        causes the desired behavior.
