Short version: The mc file manager is a very useful, mature, stable, easily-installable, and secure commandline file manager that'd be nice to have on athena machines without having to set up a script to install it in a chroot environment on each login.

Launch the mc file manager.

It's not installed.

I'd like for it to be installed.
