Hi Jon,

Comments below:

Does this happen every time you try to open Firefox?
Never happened before.

Does it happen on multiple machines? Yes

Can you try logging in without customizations (before entering your
username and
password, select "Login without customizations" from the "Sessions" button at
the bottom of the login screen) and let us know if that fixes the problem?

Haven't tried that yet...

Additionally, if you type "firefox" and hit Enter in your Terminal
window, does
it work? Does it display any error messages?

Haven't tried that yet...I'll let you know!

Michelle
