I think there was consensus to make athena10@ be a member of debathena@
rather than debathena@ being a member of athena10@. Broder and I made
this change today.
The related change that we might want to do at some point is remove
debathena@ from linerva@. This setup was originally done because many
Linerva bugs were in fact Debathena bugs; if people find the extra traffic
annoying as opposed to useful, we can remove debathena@ from linerva@.
