Every year, a call for nominations is sent to our community in search of
new members for the ResNet, Inc. Board of Directors.

At this time our community is limited to individuals who are currently
employed at an institution of education (i.e. secondary and post-secondary
schools, colleges, and universities.)

If you have any questions or need assistance with the required
documentation, please contact board@resnetinc.org

Six positions on the Board of Directors are open for the 2017-2018 term.
Terms begin on July 1 and end on June 30.

Three open positions are for one-year terms.

Three open positions are for two-year terms.

Members of the Board of Directors determine their roles (president, clerk,
treasurer, etc.) at their first meeting after the annual election.

the following information prior to an election:

you are, where you=E2=80=99re from, and your interest in a Board of Directo=

community to use in choosing whether to recommend you for the position.

Board requires meetings during work hours and attendance at the conference
(ordinarily at your institution=E2=80=99s expense), we must have confirmati=

support from your institution to ensure that you will be allowed to
participate fully in Board activities.

This letter should come from your immediate supervisor and must acknowledge
the obligations for Board members as laid out below.

This letter will only be viewed by the current Board of Directors, and will
not be publicly disclosed.

Hall Meeting at the 2017 Resnet Student Technology Conference. The Town
