I'm sure you all remember 41 UAS

The bill says first meeting in April, so we're a little late, but a full
draft will be ready for your consideration by Monday. If y'all have any
feedback or ideas for something to go in the document, please send them to
ua-senate-officers@mit.edu, and we'll incorporate it into the document.
This document should probably appear on the agenda for a few minutes (Stum),
but as the document suggests, a lot of discussion about it could be done
here on the mailing list. Don't forget its just an informal document, not a
report.
