Hey everyone,
I hope you've all had a great summer and are excited to return to the UA
this fall.
We will be having our first Exec meeting Wednesday night at 7pm in the
UA office (W20-401). The agenda is as follows
1) Introductions and Expectations for Exec
2) UA-Wide Goals for the Fall
3) Summary of the Initial Budget Task Force Report
4) Possible Committee Restructuring
5) Possible Financial Policy Changes
6) Discussion of Committee Recruitment Needs
7) Updating the UA Website
8) Scheduling of Exec Meetings for the Fall
*IMPORTANT: *Chancellor Clay and the student Deans (Colombo, Hastings,
Lerman) will be attending an Exec meeting probably the week of 9/13 or
9/20 to discuss the Budget Task Force Report. We will be inviting
members of DormCon, IFC, and Panhel to attend this meeting as well. As
soon as we have finalized a date I will email everyone. *I except the
committee chairs to be in attendance and well-versed on their sections
of the report*.
