It is my privilege to invite you to join us at MIT on Friday, September 18 =

remarks by US Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker. Addressing an audience
of key stakeholders in the local innovation economy, including leaders in
federal, state, and local government, academia, industry, risk capital, and
entrepreneurship, Secretary Pritzker will outline the US Department of
Commerce innovation agenda for the final year and a half of the
Administration. Her remarks will be followed by an arm chair discussion
with MIT President L. Rafael Reif.

key initiatives=E2=80=94such as the US Cluster mapping project and the Nati=

Network for Manufacturing Innovation=E2=80=94that have made government data
accessible, ignited advanced manufacturing through public-private
partnerships, and spurred economic benefit and innovation within the
Commonwealth and nationwide.
