it's in line with the UA's vision. Suggest ideas of what the UA's role
might be and also email out an example of a peer institution's event

soon as the caterer is decided for the Let's Just Talk event
- Consider contacting freshman advisors to attend
- *Laila, MIT2030 *Confirm confidentiality at next meeting and make sure
to keep DormCon president, Chloe, in the loop
- *Alekhya and Ani, Finboard *Have written summarized policy on yearly
aggregated funding and also create a report on summary of problems with
auditing and address:
- monitoring attendance at events
- how easy it is for certain groups to get sponsors versus others
- putting more documentation responsibility into the hands of student
groups in order to qualify for funding
- that whatever decided must be consistent across the board
- *Nathan, Athletics *Check to see if we can get registration fee
subsidized? Consider the SAO (Leah Flynn Gallant), the Wellness Grant, and
the Chancellor's office; also, try to find the budget estimate for the
weekend Boston Daytime
- *Robert, Special Projects *Confirm Boston Daytime budget

- Send out a email asking cabinet about their vision for PAC meeting
- Work towards getting access to survey data for all cabinet
- Work towards getting ASA reservation status for all committees

- May 1st - First draft of transition document should be done. Should
include:
- Contact info
- Relevant contacts, who's been contacted for what
- Work on projects
- Tips and advice, especially as concerning admins
- Failed projects and recommendations
- Budget details an how it was spent
- Note: I will be reading these!
- May 6th - Transition documents should be done.
- May 13th - 5 minute presentation on the projects done this year, as
well as a q&a session

some interesting survey data, if you're curious
