Maybe the alerting system was confused. I don't see this confirmed in
RIPE RIS: https://stat.ripe.net/AS4233852001#tabId=routing
There are a number of reasons why the visibility of this announcement
could be limited:
- AS4233852001 a bogon ASN and as such blocked by filters ala
http://as2914.net/bogon_asns/configuration_examples.txt
- a /2 is a large prefix, a lot of networks only accept up to /8
