I have not yet called for the APO directory because of a similar experience
I had with Harris regarding my college alumni directory.  I agree with Sally
that in the end it is a quality product.  Obtaining the product is simply
annoying.  The other reason I hesitate over ordering is that in this day and
age I really do not want a hard copy alumni directory; I would prefer a CD
or access to a searchable on-line database.  Again based on my experience
with the college directory the organization does get some percentage of the
sales and does benefit from the information.  However, there are a lot less
painful ways to give to APO.
