the unssunscribe troubles

Hi everybody,
It seems that "we are prisonners here of our own device, we can check out
any time we like ,but we can't never leave"[Eagles].
Ok but keep cool Javasoft says they will stop this list on April 15th, so we
can maybe stop to send unuseful unsubscribe request to the list. And still
talking abot Java.
Morover sending unsubscribe request to the list will never work you have to :
"In order to unsubscribe from this list, send a message to
listserv@javasoft.com with the command 'signoff JAVA-INTEREST' in
the message body (not in the subject line)."
If it doesn't work, and that's what I'm experiencing, just wait the 15 th
