Dan Lester raises an interesting question. Is what we say on the net
publication? If so, then is it really necessary to ask permission to
quote from that which is published? I do not recall asking each author
I have ever quoted in an article for permission to quote. On the other
hand, Dan is right, the source of where the quote can from should have
been included.
