Due to the attempted installation of a CDROM, the Project Gutenberg drive
is currently not functioning on mrcnext.cso.uiuc.edu.

However, due to a massive thing I have with backups, you can still get an
etext of most of the 1992 editions from the /etext92 directory. . .not---
repeat NOT---the usual /etext/etext92 directory.

To get:

Jul 1992 The Time Machine-HG Wells)(timem10x.xxx)
Jul 1992 The War of the Worlds-HGW)(warw10xx.xxx)

ftp mrcnext.cso.uiuc.edu
login: anonymous
password: name@address
cd etext92
(bin for .zip files)
get filename.ext (get timem10.txt or .zip, etc)
(or mget with wildcards. . .type "prompt" for no prompting)

You can also get them from our supercomputer Connection Machine directory
ftp quake.think.com
login: anonymous
password: name@address
cd pub/etext/1992
get or mget as above

In a day or two you should be able to get them from simtel and NPTN as
usual via the normal newsletter instructions.
