There is a three page article on the Eighteenth Century Short Title Catalog,
in both its CDROM and online forms, in the latest Chronicle of Higher
Education, 7/22/92, pages A-15 to A-17. The latter page also has a brief
announcement of the SUNY "electronic library" that will link 64 campuses.
