Subject: Telnet Software for DOS
We have a piece of software that we use on our MAC networks called
NCSA Telnet. It offers basic TCP/IP connection and FTP
service. This public domain software is produced by The National Center for
SuperComputing Applications at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, and is
available from a variety of sources.
Does anyone know if there is anything like NCSA Telnet available for
MS-DOS machines? I have seen alot of TCP/IP packages for DOS advertised
in the UNIX literature, but they all seem rather expensive;
however, if there is no shareware available, I would be interested in
anyone's recommendations for commercial packages.

Subject: M300's converted into CD-ROM workstations
Since as of July, 1993 we will no longer be able to use
our OCLC M300's for cataloging, we were exploring alternate
uses for these machines.
Our question is: Has anyone tried to use the M300's for
CD-ROM workstations? What did you upgrade or change on
the machine? Also, how has it been working? What are you
running on it/them?
(Okay, it was more than one question)
