Sorry I can't help vis a vis the software needed; I assume you are aware
that the fact that the participants knowing they are being observed/monitored
will undoubtedly change their "normal" behavior, and that you will be
studying this changed behavior rather than their actions as they would
implement them under non-observed situations?
