The University of Oregon Library is participating in an ARL
Office of Management Services self-study on public services.
Task forces are reviewing issues related to online requests from
users and other automated access/reference services. We would
appreciate your responses to several questions as they relate to
the following list of proposed services:
-self-service circulation
-self-service booking functions (for equipment or rooms)
-document delivery via e-mail, faxing, or paging
-e-mail transmission of overdue notices
-online requests for acquisitions, rush processing, or
interlibrary loans
-online or e-mail reference service.

your phone number. We will call you at your convenience to
discuss our questions. We will also summarize responses for the
list.
