Liverpool Public LIbrary (NY) has been circulating computer software since
1984. Over 15,000 pieces went out in 1991. Over 1500 titles are held. I have
an info sheet I can email anyone interested, please respond to me, not the
list.

Some other public libraries circulating software include the Cleveland, OH
PL, Rocky River PL in Rocky River, OH, and Commack PL in Commack, NY. I
believe the New Brunswick PL in New Jersey also does this.
