Judith is raising some issues that are of critical interest to
publishers. Frequently our editors and authors and even
conference track organizers issue a Call of some sort or refere
others to one of our publications or conferences. It has been the
case that these are viewed as non-commercial whereas there have
been noticeably unfriendly response if the information comes
from in-house. I even answered a reference question once that
related to one of our publications (written by librarians, suggested
by librarians) and it was seen to be abject advertising. This
is a good issue to discuss although perhaps not in PACS-L.
