Another source of software reviews is Facts-on-File's product named
Software Reviews on File. This product reprints excerpts of reviews
published in the major computer magazines. If you already subscribe
to PC Mag, Byte, etc. this may be of limited assistance. However, even
if you have a strong collection of computer magazines, this source is
helpful in that it gathers several separately published reviews
together based on product category and name. Like other FoF titles,
this is published in monthly updates. This resource works best on
widely used software packages, not on those aimed at "vertical" markets
such as library-specific software. Hope this helps.
