-- please contact me regarding other libraries in the Cher, and=20
I'll add them to my lists -- simply town names or any other=20
minimal information, I'll do the research.

The entries, too, targeted by the above list, are designed to be=20
interesting & useful to anyone in or around or knowledgeable=20
about the Cher, or who might be on their way there for a visit --=20
so if I've left some relevant datum out please let me know?

I plan to provide addresses, terrestrial and virtual, and=20
geo-locations if & as GoogleEarth & Wikimapia conventions for=20
same ever settle down -- the latter seem to change daily, for=20
now, in the Digital Age of Incunabula frenzy -- also Collections=20
details and in selected cases a little local color & interest.

The Cher region is a beautiful one, with long histories. For=20
example Sancerre produces some of my favorite wines, and its=20
local noble family's Stephen I was the young blade who famously=20
rejected Princess Sibylla of Jerusalem, and her Kingdom, during=20
the Crusades, presumably because he preferred the Upper Loire=20
Valley to the Levant -- or maybe it was Sibylla herself,=20
reputedly a handful... according to Hollywood and Orlando Bloom,=20
anyway, in "The Kingdom of Heaven" (2005)...

If I could provide wine & cheese samples for this particular=20
region I would, but those still are beyond Internet digital=20
capacities, for now... some day we'll just FTP'em...=20
n-dimensional binary transfers, in olfactory mode...

But if I'm leaving something already-available out, now, which=20
would be useful -- something librarianly, or Information-related=20
or Internet-related or of Digital Library interest -- maybe some=20
unknown "treasure" hidden in a tiny local Collection, somewhere=20
in the Cher, as France so often offers -- then let me know.

French wine & cheese & "treasures" still are best-sampled in=20
person, I suppose -- en depit de all of the internauterie that=20
they have there now.

Happy day-after-Valentine's Day to friends in frozen France --=20
from a warm & sunny morning in Californie la Belle,=20
malheureusement located far from le Cher.
