y do feel good and continue to lose weight. am realizing i can eat quite a =
few carbs and still feel good as long as i stay away from the white and ref=
ined stuff and eat tons of protein. i want to raise sheep on a farm in the =
northeast and knit by a fire all day! bad news: i have to have surgery. =20
