Gee, I wonder how that reference will be abbreviated whaen someone
wants to quote from that paper. Volume, issue and page numbers are
accepted in conventions, and titles are abbreviated according to set rules
(at least in the hard sciences). How will this be used or abused in the years
to come? Perhaps another indicator at the end of the string would indicate
the operating system or origanl machine capabilities?
  Another interesting question is whether you have checked with the Library of
Congress for ISSN, copyright, and other questions concerning references back
to your journal.
